During the year ended December 31, 2010, it managed approximately 24 billion telephony minutes and over 115 million conference calls, facilitated over 240 million 9-1-1 calls, and delivered over 720 million notification calls and data messages. In February 2011, the Company acquired Twenty First Century Communications, Inc.
