Tanjong PLC is a holding company based in Malaysia. Through its subsidiaries, the company is principally engaged in power generation, gaming and leisure and real estate investments. Power generation projects take place in Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt. The gaming segment is engaged in horse racing and related activities. The leisure segment operates a resort and a number of cinemas. The real estate segment owns Menara Maxis, a 49-story prime office building, which houses the corporate headquarters of Tanjong. Tanjong City Centre Property Management Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanjong, manages the leasing and maintenance of Menara Maxis.
