Crescent Point Energy Corp is a conventional oil and gas producer with assets strategically focused in Western Canada. Crescent Point Energy Corp. was created through the reorganization of junior oil and gas companies, Crescent Point Energy Ltd. (CPE) and Tappit Resources Ltd., in September 2003.
