The Company’s operation flows comprise four phases; within marketing phase, it operates outbound and inbound marketing activities to find relative customers; within discussion and preparation phase, it conducts interviews with the owners of the transfer companies based on the information obtained by the marketing activities, and then to sign confidentiality agreements; within negotiation phase, it signs confidentiality agreements with transferees, and discloses the detailed documentations, such as project overview statement, then arranges the discussions between the two sides for further progress, and within final agreement phase, the Company provides the overall support services to ensure the acquisitions can be finished smoothly.

We considered many names for our site—in fact we spent our first year and a half under a different name—EkoHub. We liked “Eko” — coming from the Greek word Oikos, related to economy, ecology, and “home” or social concerns. From the beginning, we believed the word “Hub” reflected our desire to be at the center of the sustainability area, providing knowledge, harmony, and consensus among the hundreds of experts judging the ESG performance of companies.
