Kelly Services, Inc. (Kelly) is a global temporary staffing provider operating in 30 countries and territories throughout the world. It provides scientific staffing for information technology (IT), engineering and financial services. Kelly provides these specialty service lines along with office services, contact center, light industrial and electronic assembly staffing. It has three business segments: U.S. Commercial Staffing; Professional, Technical and Staffing Alternatives (PTSA), and International. During the year ended December 31, 2006, Kelly increased its ownership interest to 49% in Tempstaff Kelly, Inc., a joint venture with Tempstaff Co., Ltd. Effective December 31, 2006, the Company sold its Kelly Staff Leasing business unit (KSL) to Oasis Outsourcing Holdings, Inc. In March 2007, the Company acquired Talents Technology (which consists of Talents Polska and Talents CZ), a permanent placement and executive search firm with operations in the Czech Republic and Poland.

We considered many names for our site—in fact we spent our first year and a half under a different name—EkoHub. We liked “Eko” — coming from the Greek word Oikos, related to economy, ecology, and “home” or social concerns. From the beginning, we believed the word “Hub” reflected our desire to be at the center of the sustainability area, providing knowledge, harmony, and consensus among the hundreds of experts judging the ESG performance of companies.
