CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT) is a Singapore commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). CCT owns ten commercial buildings in the Central Area of Singapore. In addition, CCT has a 30% stake in Quill Capita Trust, a commercial REIT listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that owns commercial properties in Malaysia. CCT also has a 7.4% stake in Malaysia Commercial Development Fund, CapitaLand's private real estate fund.
