Bancolombia SA is a Colombian provider of banking services. The company operates in four divisions, including Corporate and Government Banking, Treasury, Mortgage Banking and Personal and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) Banking. The bank provides deposit accounts, card services, pension plans, deposits, real estate, personal and commercial loans, leasing and factoring, among others. As of December 31, 2009, the Bank operated 713 branches. Through various subsidiaries, Bancolombia also operates in El Salvador, the United States, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Panama, Peru and Puerto Rico.
