Clean Harbors, Inc., through its subsidiaries, is a provider of environmental services and an operator of non-nuclear hazardous waste treatment facilities in North America. The Company serves over 50,000 customers, including private entities, as well as federal, state, provincial and local governmental agencies. Clean Harbors has more than 175 locations, including over 50 waste management facilities, throughout North America in 36 U.S. states, seven Canadian provinces, Mexico and Puerto Rico. The Company also operates international locations in Bulgaria, China, Singapore, Sweden, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Clean Harbors, Inc. operates in two segments: Technical Services and Site Services. Effective August 18, 2006, the Company purchased Teris LLC.
