Aminologics Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of image processing chips for digital video recorders (DVRs). The Company operates its business through in two divisions: information technology (IT) division and amino acid division. On December 23, 2013, Sam-Oh Pharm Co Ltd became the largest shareholder of the Company by acquiring a 16.67% stake in the Company.
