The Knot is a wedding media and services company providing products and services to couples planning their weddings. The company’s web site offers comprehensive content, extensive wedding-related shopping, an online wedding gift registry and an active community. The Knot is the premier wedding content provider on America Online, MSN, and Comcast Online. The company publishes The Knot Magazine, a national wedding magazine, and, through its subsidiary Weddingpages, Inc., publishes The Knot Weddingpages, regional wedding magazines, in 18 major U.S. markets. The Knot also co-produces a television special aired on a cable network.
