Deliver Managed Services support for clients for base (break/fix, bi-annual release support) and enrichment (enhancements configuration changes) requests.

Managing and responding to simple and complex FOIA/PA requests and application of all major FOIA exemptions. FOIA Analyst: 5 years (Preferred).

Responsible for learning scanning software and equipment. Ensure image quality of scanned documents is appropriate and conforms to client standards.
