Cadiz Inc. is a publicly traded land and water resource development company, which owns approximately 45,000 acres of land in eastern San Bernardino County, California. Virtually all of this land is underlain with high-quality groundwater resources and has demonstrated potential for various uses, including water storage, agricultural development and real estate development. The company’s current activities include Advancement of the Cadiz Valley Dry-Year Supply Project, ongoing agricultural operations, with 1,600 acres currently developed for agricultural projects including citrus orchards and table grape vineyards and exploration of potential solar energy development opportunities at its properties.
