The people involved with FracTracker are an assortment of academics, non-profit employees, and foundations from the northeast who are interested in tracking and mapping the impacts of the natural gas industry as it shapes the US's energy future. FracTracker's Data Tool is a data storage & mapping platform; it allows users to search data based on their criteria. The datasets can be uploaded by users, viewed in a chart or map view, and downloaded in any of those formats.
