Our site will continue to evolve based upon user feedback, new sources of data, and further development. We appreciate your help and feedback for improving our search and rating engine. 

We are fortunate to have the support of a number of leading commercial sources of data on company social responsibility performance.  We also rely on a large number of not-for-profit, publishing, and government sources.  If you want to know more about any of our sources or want more details on the information they provide, please contact them directly using the information we provide on our data source pages.  You should not try to extract any of their data from our system.  We have combined the data from our sources and adjusted it using our own integration system.

Please note that we are solely responsible for our ratings and for any mistakes or inaccuracies they contain.  If you find an error in the coding of our site, the way we calculate our ratings, or in the descriptive data our site contains, please contact us at support@csrhub.com.  We will be happy to receive your comments and will do our best to incorporate any suggestions you offer for improving our product.

Please also note that we have recently moved from an alpha to a beta site.  During this process, we changed our user interface and style sheets.  If you were a user of our alpha site, you may need to refresh your browser cache in order to properly use the beta site.  Your log in or password may remain active and your stored profiles, lists, comments, or layout settings may be retained and preserved. However, you may want to check your profile settings as some of our weighting parameters have changed.

If you are interested in integrating our site into other sites or establish any links to it, please contact us.  If you want to program special links, we offer a number of APIs, including a RESTful interface and a widget.  We are in the process of developing additional APIs and widgets and welcome any suggestions you may have.
