On January 24, 2007, RR Donnelley acquired Perry Judd’s Holdings Incorporated. On January 9, 2007, the Company acquired Banta Corporation (Banta). Banta provides printing and digital imaging solutions to publishers and direct marketers. In May 2007, the Company acquired Von Hoffmann, a printer of books and other products that serve primarily the education, trade and business-to-business catalog segments, from Visant Corporation.
