(PXP) is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploration and production of oil and gas properties primarily in the United States. PXP owns owns oil and gas properties with principal operations in the Los Angeles and San Joaquin Basins onshore California, the Santa Maria Basin offshore California, the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf Coast region, the Mid-Continent region in Texas and Oklahoma and the Wind River Basin in the Rocky Mountains. The company also has interest in an exploration prospect offshore Vietnam.
