Industrias Penoles Sab De CV began operations in 1887 as a mining company and has since integrated operations in the areas of exploration, mining, metallurgy and chemicals. Listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange since 1968the company is one of the largest net exporters in Mexico’s private sector. Mining operations include Fresnillo (silver mine), La Ciénega and La Herradura (gold mines), Naica (lead mine) and Francisco I. Madero (zinc mine).
