Brady was founded in 1914 and began selling products internationally in 1947. Brady's core capabilities are in manufacturing, precision engineering and materials and its customers include the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) market and the Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) market. Major product lines provided to the MRO market include facility identification, safety and complementary products, wire identification products, and people identification. Major product lines provided to the OEM market include high-performance identification products for printed circuit boards, and precision die-cut components for mobile telecommunications devices and hard disk drives. The company employs a staff of 9,000 in 26 countries.
