Anglo Platinum Limited is a member of the Anglo American Plc Group and engaged in the mining, smelting and refining of platinum group metals (PGMs), including platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and osmium. Nickel, copper, gold and small quantities of other base metals are by-products of PGM operations. The company’s operations are situated in the North West and Limpopo Provinces of South Africa. In Zimbabwe, the company is developing the Unki Platinum Mine and in Canada, Russia, Brazil and China it is involved in exploration. Anglo Platinum has a representative office in Beijing.
